I received the products earlier than what the shipping estimate was so I was excited about that!
I opened the box and found each of the items individually wrapped and sealed along with bubble wrap between all the items to protect from any damage during the shipping.
The products were exactly as listed and I've been using them for a couple weeks now without a problem. Just plug and play into any computer or outlet (for charging) and it should work just fine.
The audio cables work well too! I just plugged them into my TV and was playing my Zune through my TV speakers in just seconds. No hissing noise or faint audio sound.
I believe I've read something about the "cheap" quality of this item but to be honest, it's decent quality and it isn't easily breakable. You'd actually have to step on it or drop it on a hard surface to actually damage it. I really liked this combo package as it provided everything I needed for my new 30 gb Zune at an affordable price.

However you should be aware that the travel charger is fragile (screws don't hold well) so be careful when using it. The travel charger works better as a backup then a replacement.

This product has made by Zune in the advertisement. When I received it, I found it was a product made by a third party for Zune with TM "Crazy on Digital". Quality is behind the real Zune product.
