This review is from: Sony Bluetooth Wireless Transmitter for iPod (Black) - TMRBT8IP (Electronics) so happy with this transmitter ! set-up/pairing was a breeze with my sony wireless headphones. seller shipped quickly, too. will be purchasing another one shortly. don't be put off by the bare bones packaging - product is legit. only drawback is that it significantly diminishes battery life of whatever device you pair it to b/c that's what it runs off of ( can be paired with up to 8 devices but its memory retains the last device it was paired with when you go to use it again ). i've monitored it and i get about 2.45 hours usage with ipod nano 6 before battery is depleted. since i bought it primarily to be wire-free both @ the gym and while running, it's not a huge issue but worth mentioning. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Sony Bluetooth Wireless Transmitter for iPod (Black) - TMRBT8IP (Electronics) I plug this into the bottom of my iPhone and use it for my motorola bluetooth Giro Ski Helmet Headphones. It allows me to change to next tune on itunes, volume and even make/recieve a phone call from my iPhone without taking off my gloves. I usually turn off the phone because I do not want it to ring when I am cranking down a black diamond to a song. Does not drain the battery on the iphone or ipod very much. I am buying another because I lost my last one. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: By Jim "Electronics Engineer" (Warner Robins, Georgia) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I have now purched 3 of these - one for each ipod to use with my wireless Sony headphones.
