This review is from: Scosche 12-Volt Retractable Car Charger for iPod (Black) (Electronics) My iPhone 4 throws an error message with this device, which was originally sold as being compatible with the iPhone 4. So if now it is supposed to work with an iPod?... I wouldn't bet on it. I do not recommend this device or this company's products. By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Scosche 12-Volt Retractable Car Charger for iPod (Black) (Electronics) The lighter plug doesn't make a good connection, other chargers have had perfect connections in my car. Throws an error message on my iphone when I try to charge it. The wire is periously thin. Would not recommend. By paparazzi83 (Honolulu, Hawaii) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Scosche 12-Volt Retractable Car Charger for iPod (Black) (Electronics) Aloha. I got this recharger with some high hopes, hoping that it would take care of a cable mess in carrying around a long chord on a 12 volt car charger for my iPhone.
i'm not very impressed. Apparently, this charger is "not approved to recharge your iphone" or something like that, so every time you plug it in, your iphone wants to turn to airplane mode. Each time, you have to click no. VERY annoying. Also, the retractable cable isn't as smooth as a zip-cable, which I own. And the cable is really, really thin. I would not recommend this product. At least not at $22 something... |
