I really didn't feel like paying what Apple asks for their iPod/iPhone cords, so I bought a couple of these. They work fine, but the end that goes into the iPod/iPhone is a little larger & klunkier than Apple's low profile plug. This means that if you're trying to plug it into an iPhone or iPod Touch that is wearing a case, it might not fit all the way through the opening at the bottom of the case, causing it to not "click" in and lock all the way. At least this has been my experience.

I got 3 of these and none of them work any longer. They are poor qualty.
I don't understand how/why the company even sells them?
