This review is from: In Car MP3 FM Transmitter for SD USB Pen Drive w/Remote (Electronics)
The transmitter allows you to choose from many channels, which allows for at least one good choice. The volume on the player has to be maxed out, and then the volume on the car receiver has to be at least 50% to hear it good. You cannot skip many tracks at a time (only 1 at a time), which is very annoying since I have at least 250 songs on the device. The remote has to be aimed at the transmitter to work. The player does resume where you left off. It's not perfect, but I haven't seen anything better out there.

Wow! I'm impressed. This little gadget is economical, not cheap. A friend bought one on my recommendation and says the performance using the analog audio input jack is marginal. He and I agree, however, that the performance using a thumb drive or an SD card is terrific!
I've just ordered six more, some for gift giving and a couple that I will use inside my house - after I buy the parts and build the 12 Volt adapters (later today).
Note that I strongly prefer the SD card for media. The card fits within the physical profile of the device whereas a thumb drive protrudes and might get bumped, resulting in damage to the drive and/or the player.

Got this product before 4 july , so I have used it over holiday travel. Only one good things
1. Works with songs in folder, outside folder even when the usb have other files
Lots of shortcomings:
Additional to other reviews, biggest short coming(They all are true and quite frustating, when we actually use the product)
It does not transmit in stereo, so playback quality is much like playing a 1950's radio at best.
I have VR3 one earlier, that was much better.
