Comment: You get so much static, it's not even worth thinking about purchasing this. And, when you are lucky enough to get a clear sound, it will only last until you travel into an area the picks up that station, and then you have to look for another station to use.

I ended up buying little sony speaker (Sony SRS-TP1) to use in my car, and they work great. Got myself a little plug charger and it's just as good as listening to CD's on the car stero (just not as loud).

Comment: I wish I could give this product a more favorable review. I really do. When it works it provides such a WONDERFUL service to me, but this is actually the second one that I've gone through in about a year's time. They will generally work well for a few months before the static begins to worsen, even on stations that it would generally work on. Then, it will completely stop working altogether. I'm hoping to find something similar that is more reliable...if you come across anything, please let me know! :)

Comment: I didn't want to spend alot for a transmitter but wanted one for long trips. It works well but there is some static. Doesn't work well for a plug inside of a compartment because of the wide display. Otherwise I am glad I bought it.

Comment: I have tried many other of these fm transmitters. The truth is that none product cd quality, but this one goes a good job. It charges the iphone and allows you to hear music through th car radio. when you travel to another city you may need to change the frequency to an station that isnt broadcasting. The reason is these fm transmitters need to broadcast through a station that isnt being used in your area. If you do that you will enjoy nice quality

Comment: I had the Monster charger/transmitter that worked pretty good, but when I changed my ipod it didn't support the new ipod touch. I got this one based on the reviews, but to me it does not has the "high quality digital sound" it offers, all the contrary. The Monster works a lot better, I'm returning this one and getting one.
