The unit is self works flawlessly without fail, the failure lies in the cigarette lighter adapter. It is very cheap, if you a buy a new better quality cable/adapter it will work much better. As for the signal quality and sound quality it does what it is supposed to without sounding bad.

I purchased this for my Dad to get him into the digital world and it is a nice device. I'm sure there are better more advanced items out, However for the novice person this isn't a bad item at all. Enjoy DaBum

this product pretty much sucks. It worked well for about a month, then it stopped working. However, it is very cheap.
