Summary: Audi owners beware (needs large amount of clearance) 2008-12-18
Comment: Saw this and thought it was the perfect charger that I could use to charge my iPhone and TomTom at the same time. Alas, it is one bulky dude....
My lighter socket pops up out of the ashtray in my Audi, and there is not enough clearance to get it into the socket. If you have an aux socket with limited clearance, keep that in mind.

Summary: Beware Garmin users 2008-12-13
Comment: A description of this product I found elsewhere touted charging your iPod/iPhone and powering your GPS at the same time. I bought this to charge my iPhone and power my Garmin Nuvi 200. Sadly, my Garmin thinks it's connected to a computer when I plug it into this adapter, and it goes into that mode (i.e. useless for navigation). I plan on calling Belkin to see if they have any recommendations. Otherwise, this is now only a relatively expensive, basic, yet functional, iPhone charger, for me.
