Comment: liked the straight rather than coiled cord, decent length until plastic cover cracked and fell apart on terminal entering phone. apple store sent free replacement, unfortunately they sent the wrong cord. we shall see.

Comment: I have an iPhone 3GS, and the product worked as advertised for about 2 months of sporadic use. However, it now says that it is not approved to charge my iPhone. It started this before I downloaded the new OS, so I'm not really sure what happened. So frustrated!

Comment: Good solid product that works the way it's supposed to. I thought it wiser to pay a little more than the others out there because I'm tired of cheap crap. It plugs in solidly and stays put while it quickly charges up my phone. So good, I bought another and gave it to my wife.

Comment: Thanks Apple. It was working great on my Iphone 3GS until the 4.0 OS update. I now receive a message stating that the attached accessory is not supported. In other words, it's not an Apple accessory so Apple disabled it in the 4.0 OS. Real classy Apple.
