Comment: This thing is a really cool toy. I got an Mp3 player a while back, and have been using the heck out of it (via headphones).
But I was still using cd's in the boat and truck because they both had "older" decks, and were not equipped with any type of aux audio inputs.
Then I came across this little gadget.
This thing works with (I'm guessin') any FM deck. You plug it into the cigarette lighter...uh, excuse me "accessory outlet" (pc ya know), find an open FM frequency on you deck, tune this little gadget to the same frequency , and you're done & done.
(mine unit defaulted to 88.1...worked just fine)
And it actually is "universal".
It has a usb port (or usp...I can never remember). So I can use the cords that came with my Sony Mp3, and my phone (Pandora) to charge my device(s) while I'm listening to music....bonus!
Oh, and I got a phone call while I was listening to music from my phone, and was able to answer the call through the truck speakers, like a speakerphone. Although I drive an older truck, so it's a little noisy in the cab.

So, to sum up.....best money I've spent in a while.

Comment: 4 and 1/2 stars. Very satisfied after two or three months. It works very well with my Sony Walkman Sony NWZ-E345 MP3 player. So easy to use: plug the whole thing to the lighter socket, turn on the MP3 player, select any channel (I choose the very top end of the spectrum, 107.7 or 107.9), and that's it. 95% of the times, virtually no interference or background parasitic noise. There is some reduction in volume though. I have to crank up the MP3 player's volume to the max. That way, I don't have to turn the car stereo's volume to maximum, thereby avoiding background the hissing sound. That is why a 1/2 star reduction in rating.

Comment: "Excellent - I have used with my sony walkman and my IPOD Itouch. The sound and quality are very good. I really enjoy the flexibility of the extended movable arm. It allows me to adjust the player and place it out of the way of the gear shift on the console. Recommend this item highly. "

Comment: Nice unit. Best FM transmitter I have purchased, and this is number three of three. Good service. Good product. Sound is excellent; minimal bounding frequency interference. Experience with seller was positive, and I would purchase from Accessory Genie again.

Comment: I really like this product. It's very easy to use. Sometimes it's hard to find a good station, but that's not their fault. However, depending on where your power source is, it can be in the way for the passenger. My poor sister had to deal with it in her space until we switched to the radio and put it away. This might not be a problem for all. I think my power source is just in a bad place.
